1. Record to Report (RTR) Analyst
- Primary Duties:
- Process monthly/quarterly/yearly financial close activities (journal entries, accruals, reconciliations)
- Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analyses
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX requirements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (FP&A, controllers, auditors) to resolve accounting queries
- Skill Set & Tools:
- Strong command of GAAP/IFRS principles
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (especially SAP FI/CO or Oracle Financials)
- Good understanding of Excel (formulas, pivot tables, macros)
