Job Description:
Collaborate with architects and business stakeholders to gather requirements and design technical blueprints.
Develop and implement scalable, maintainable, and secure solutions using Workday Extend.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver custom applications successfully.
Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and ensure adherence to standards.
Stay updated on Workday Extend features and industry trends to inform solution design.
Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning.
Job Requirement:
2+ years of experience with Workday integrations.
2+ years of experience developing applications using Workday Extend.
Strong expertise in Workday HCM, Financials, or related modules.
Proficiency in Workday APIs, REST/SOAP web services, and programming languages like JSON, JavaScript, XSLT, or Workday Studio.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills:
Workday certification in Workday Extend or related areas.
Familiarity with Agile or other software development methodologies.
