Role Overview
NTT DATA North America’s Helpdesk team is the first line of support for end-users across all business units. As a Helpdesk Senior Representative (Fresher), you will troubleshoot desktop and laptop issues, assist with software installations, and escalate complex problems to higher-level support teams. This is a Work-From-Office role with 24×7 rotational shifts (including nights and weekends).
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Troubleshooting:
- Resolve Windows 10/8 OS issues (boot failures, registry edits, performance optimizations).
- Support MacOS devices—disk permissions, software updates, and general diagnostics.
- Manage Mobile Device Management (MDM) tasks and Autopilot device setups.
- Use SCCM (System Center Config Manager) to deploy patches and software.
- Assist users with Amazon WorkSpaces, Citrix virtual desktop issues, and printer/network configurations.
- Ticket Management:
- Log, categorize, and prioritize tickets in the ITSM tool (ServiceNow or similar).
- Provide timely updates to users on incident status and resolution steps.

- Hardware & Network Support:
