About the Role: Systems Engineer (Recent Graduate)
As a Systems Engineer at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and managing complex systems that drive innovation, safety, and efficiency across industries.
You’ll work closely with multidisciplinary teams on projects that transform the way businesses operate — combining your passion for technology with your problem-solving skills to bring next-generation systems to life.
Your contributions will shape the development of advanced hardware, software, and network solutions that meet Honeywell’s global standards of quality and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
As a part of the Systems Engineering team, you will:
- Support the design and development of advanced systems including hardware, software, and network components.
- Execute complex engineering projects ensuring quality and technical compliance.
- Implement and enforce security measures and compliance standards to protect systems and data.
- Lead system deployment and configuration, ensuring successful installation and optimal performance.
- Provide technical leadership in identifying and resolving system issues to minimize downtime.
- Identify opportunities for process and system optimization and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
To be eligible for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Systems Engineering or a related field.
- Must be graduating between August 2025 – May 2026 and available for full-time work between September 2025 – July 2026.
- Must have obtained the degree within 12 months of the start date.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

Salary and Benefits
Honeywell offers a competitive salary range of $68,000 to $126,500 per year, depending on experience, qualifications, and location.
